logoMunnsville Wind Farm is E.ON’s first New York State project. Consisting of 23 GE 1.5 MW turbines sited on ridges near Munnsville, New York, this project provides clean, quiet wind power to the Empire State. This wind farm can power 10,000 homes. Generating this power with wind instead of fossil fuel avoids 62,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually and saves millions of gallons of fresh water.
